Christopher G. Cox is the principal, publisher, and managing editor of realesavvy.com. Founded in 2006, realesavvy provides readers with accurate information about purchasing homes, methods of making housing affordable, and the latest in real estate trends.
As an extension of this mission, Chris regularly interviews leaders working within the real estate and community development industries for his news columns that are featured monthly in the Atlanta Voice, Baltimore Times, Charlotte Post and nationally syndicated in over 200 newspapers across the country in partnership with the National Newspaper Publishers Association, www.blackpressusa.com.
His outreach efforts there include a monthly real estate radio show that airs locally on WTOB (980 AM and 96.3 FM) in Winston-Salem.
A native of Pennsylvania with over 20 years of real estate and mortgage banking experience, Chris is a licensed real estate professional currently based in Surry County, North Carolina.
